Terms and conditions governing the use of the Planmates platform.
Planmates is an online platform that connects hosts seeking people for leisure activities with companions offering their dedicated time.
Planmates acts solely as an intermediary and is neither an employer, agency, nor organizer of the in-person activities.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Each account is strictly personal and tied to a single role (host or companion).
• Users are responsible for providing truthful information and safeguarding their credentials.
• Hosts set an hourly compensation rate when publishing a paid plan (or mark it as free).
• Payment methods (cash, Bizum, Pix, etc.) and transfers are agreed upon and managed directly between the host and companion.
Users agree to maintain respect and cordiality. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, illegal activities, or explicit sexual services.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or impersonated identity documents or profiles.
• Spam, solicitation, or misuse of private chats.
Planmates reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or permanently ban accounts violating these terms.
Users who complete an accepted plan may exchange mutual public ratings and reviews. Coercion, defamation, or artificial manipulation of ratings is strictly forbidden.
While Planmates provides reporting and moderation tools, the platform is not responsible for incidents, damages, or agreements arising during in-person meetings outside the web application.
